All returns must be made within 30 days from the original date of purchase. Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items. To qualify for a refund, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. Please be aware that if 30 days or more have elapsed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund. It is your responsibility to cover the shipping costs for returning the item. We reserve the right to refuse or provide partial refunds based on the condition of the received item.

We advise you to retain all tracking information until the transaction is fully completed. *It is important to note that a large portion our products are handmade using cotton fabrics, including designer fabrics. All fabrics have been pre-washed, and we recommend spot cleaning as the preferred method of care.
